When you post a job ad using the "Receive job applications through EthicalJobs.com.au" option, you'll provide an email address to receive applications.

Each time a candidate applies, you’ll receive an email with their full application, including their CV, cover letter, and any additional documents.

The applicant will also be automatically listed in the Inbox of the Applicant Management System for that role. This allows you to easily view their application documents, make notes, rank and shortlist candidates, and send them emails directly from the system.
