Yes. When you invite a colleague to join your EthicalJobs.com.au account, you can choose "Full access", where they have access to all jobs and all applicants, or "Specific Job Access" where they can only access data for particular jobs.
When you invite a colleague to join your account with "Specific Job Access" you'll need to give them access to the job ads you want them to see. You can do this by:
How to create and submit a job ad:
- Click the "Post a Job Ad" button on the right side of the top menu.
- Enter all the relevant job details in the form.
- Once complete, click "Submit" at the bottom of the form.
After submitting the job ad, you’ll have the option to grant access to team members with Specific Job Access, allowing them to view and manage applicants for that job only.
How to invite a new team member:
- Click on "Manage Users" from the dropdown menu in the top right-hand corner.
- You will be taken to the Users page.
- Click the "Invite People" button and enter the new user’s details.
How to give a "Specific Job Access" user access to a particular job and its applicants:
- Navigate to the Jobs dashboard from the left-hand side of the top menu.
- Go to either the Live Ads or Expired Ads tab.
- Click on the Job Listing tab (next to the Applicants tab) for the specific job.
- You’ll see a "Change Access for Other Users" button – click on it.
- Select the user you want to grant access to this job's data.
- Click Update to save the changes.
The selected user will now have access to all data for this job. Their access to other jobs will remain unchanged.
