There are three user types on the EthicalJobs.com.au Employer Portal:
- Owner
- Full Access
- Specific Job Access
1. Owner
Only the account Owner can invite new users to your organisation's account. You can check if you're the account Owner by clicking on "Manage Users" from the dropdown menu in the top right-hand corner.
If you're not the Owner, you'll need to ask the Owner to invite any new users.
2. Full Access
Full Access users can purchase credits, post jobs, and view all applicants for any and all job ads in your account.
Full Access users can also grant access to applicants for a specific job to a Specific Job Access user.
The only things they can't do are invite new users to an account, remove users from an account, or give additional access permissions to existing users.
3. Specific Job Access
Specific Job Access users are able to purchase credits and post jobs, but they are only be able to view applicants for specific jobs that they have been granted access to by the owner or another user, or for jobs that they have posted themselves.
Specific Job Access users can also grant access to applicants for a specific job that they posted themselves.
Inviting users
If you are the Owner of your EthicalJobs.com.au account, log in to your account and go to the Users page by clicking on "Manage Users" from the dropdown menu in the top right-hand corner.
You'll see all the current users who have access to your account, and what permission level each user has.
To invite a new user, click on the Invite People button at the top right of the Users page, and enter their first name and email address.
You'll need to choose what permission level you want to give the invited user: either Full Access or Specific Job Access:
Once you click "Send Now", the user will receive an email inviting them to access your account, and their name they will appear in the list on the Users page, with the status "Invited".
An invitation is only valid for 7 days. After 7 days the invitation will expire. However, you can re-invite a user whose invitation has expired by going to the Users page and clicking on the resend invite symbol in the Actions column. This will resend the invitation email to the user.
