There are three user types on the EthicalJobs.com.au Employer Portal:

  1. Owner

  2. Full access

  3. Specific job access

1. Owner

The account Owner can:

  • Invite new users to your organisation's account,

  • Delete users from your organisation's account,

  • Change permissions for existing users,

  • Purchase job ad credits,

  • Create new job ads,

  • View applicants for all jobs in your account,

  • Add and remove tags on applicants,

  • See tags applied to applicants by other account users,

  • Use applicant search to view data for every applicant who has applied for any past job

  • Grant and remove access to applicants for a specific job to a Specific job access user, and

  • Transfer Ownership of the account to another user.

2. Full access

Full access users can:

  • Invite new Specific job access users to your organisation's account,

  • Delete Specific job access users from your organisation's account,

  • Purchase job ad credits,

  • Create new job ads,

  • View applicants for all jobs in your account,

  • Add and remove tags on applicants,

  • See tags applied to applicants by other account users,

  • Use applicant search to view data for every applicant who has applied for any past job, and

  • Grant and remove access to applicants for a specific job to a Specific job access user.

Full access users cannot:

  • Invite Full access users to an account,

  • Remove Full access from an account,

  • Change permissions for existing users, or

  • Transfer Ownership of the account to another user.

3. Specific job access

Specific job access users can only:

  • Purchase job ad credits,

  • Create new job ads,

  • View applicants ONLY for jobs that they have been granted access to by another user, or for jobs they have created themselves,

  • Add and remove tags on applicants they have been granted access to or created themselves,

  • See tags applied to applicants by other account users (for jobs they have been granted access to or created themselves),

  • Use applicant search to view data for applicants (for jobs that they have been granted access to by another user or created themselves), and

  • Grant and remove access to applicants to another Specific job access user ONLY for jobs that they have created themselves.

You can check your user/permissions type by clicking on "Manage users" from the dropdown menu in the top right-hand corner of your browser:
