There are three user types on the EthicalJobs.com.au Employer Portal:

  1. Owner
  2. Full access
  3. Specific job access

1. Owner

The account Owner can:

  • Invite new users to your organisation's account,
  • Delete users from your organisation's account,
  • Change permissions for existing users,
  • Purchase job ad credits,
  • Create new job ads,
  • View applicants for all jobs in your account,
  • Add and remove tags on applicants,
  • See tags applied to applicants by other account users,
  • Use applicant search to view data for every applicant who has applied for any past job
  • Grant and remove access to applicants for a specific job to a Specific job access user, and
  • Transfer Ownership of the account to another user.

2. Full access

Full access users can:

  • Invite new Specific job access users to your organisation's account,
  • Delete Specific job access users from your organisation's account,
  • Purchase job ad credits,
  • Create new job ads,
  • View applicants for all jobs in your account,
  • Add and remove tags on applicants,
  • See tags applied to applicants by other account users,
  • Use applicant search to view data for every applicant who has applied for any past job, and 
  • Grant and remove access to applicants for a specific job to a Specific job access user.

Full access users cannot:

  • Invite Full access users to an account,
  • Remove Full access from an account,
  • Change permissions for existing users, or
  • Transfer Ownership of the account to another user.

3. Specific job access

Specific job access users can only:

  • Purchase job ad credits,
  • Create new job ads,
  • View applicants ONLY for jobs that they have been granted access to by another user, or for jobs they have created themselves,
  • Add and remove tags on applicants they have been granted access to or created themselves,
  • See tags applied to applicants by other account users (for jobs they have been granted access to or created themselves),
  • Use applicant search to view data for applicants (for jobs that they have been granted access to by another user or created themselves), and
  • Grant and remove access to applicants to another Specific job access user ONLY for jobs that they have created themselves.
