When you're creating your job ad, you can make it mandatory for candidates to include a cover letter with their application when they apply via the EthicalJobs.com.au site:
1. Select the option to "Receive job applications through EthicalJobs.com.au"
2. In the Application Instructions section, check the box "Cover Letter is required"
Once your job ad is live on the site, all candidates applying for the job will need to include a cover letter before they can submit their application.
The cover letters will be attached to email notifications about new applicants that you receive from us, and they will also be available any time within our Applicant Management System.
You can access our Applicant Management System for any role by logging in to employers.ethicaljobs.com.au, clicking on the "Live ads" or "Expired ads" tabs at the top of your jobs dashboard, and then selecting the relevant job ad.
