When posting your job ad on EthicalJobs.com.au, you have the option to select up to five screening questions from a list of commonly asked questions. Applicants will need to respond to your screening questions when completing the job application form and you'll see these listed on each applicant profile for easy shortlisting.

1) Choosing screening questions when creating your job ad: When you post a new job ad and select that you would like to "receive applications through EthicalJobs.com.au", you can expand the “Questions for your candidates” and choose up to five questions from the list displayed. Some questions will require you to enter information yourself to complete the question, e.g. “Do you have [insert number] years of relevant professional experience?”. The selected questions (including inserted information) will then be required for applicants to complete when they apply for the role via EthicalJobs.com.au.

2) Viewing applicant responses to your screening questions: In the Applicant Management System dashboard for a specific role, you'll be able to see responses to your screening questions at the top of each applicant's profile. A positive response will be marked with a green tick and negative responses will be marked with a red cross, allowing you to quickly scan the applicant's suitability for your role.
