  • View applicant details and documents

  • Move applicants through recruitment stages

  • Apply star ratings to applicants

  • Add notes and tag colleagues on applications

  • Send emails to applicants

  • View details of your job ads

  • Feature, extend, or expire live job ads

So you can manage your recruitment on the go, wherever you are.

What can’t I do on a mobile device?

Currently, the following features of our AMS are unavailable on mobile devices:

  • Creating and submitting a new job ad

  • Editing live job ads

  • Updating your organisation’s details or profile

  • Purchasing job ad credits

  • Viewing invoices from previous purchases
