In the Applicant Management System, new applicants for a role are visually distinguishable from those you’ve already viewed.
Navigate to the list of applicants for any job. In the Inbox stage, new applicants have a green strip on the left side of their card.
Once you click on the applicant to view their details, the green strip will disappear, indicating that you have now viewed that applicant:
