When you post your job ad, simply select the option to "Receive job applications through EthicalJobs.com.au":
Your applicants will then apply through our online form (including uploading their CV and other relevant documents).
Each time an applicant applies, you'll get an email with their full application, including documents.
When you log in to employers.ethicaljobs.com.au, just click on the relevant job ad listing, and you'll be able to view all applications in the EthicalJobs.com.au Applicant Management System.
