When you want to send an email to a group of applicants in bulk – for example, to let them know they haven't been shortlisted, or to update them about your process – simply select the relevant applicants using the checkboxes next to their name and then click "Email selected".
A pop-up will appear, where you can add in a relevant subject line and message for the selected applicants, and also choose whether or not to allow the applicants to respond to your email. If you click the "Allow applicants to reply to this email" checkbox, you'll be able to choose an email address to receive any replies. If you leave the checkbox blank, applicants will not be able to reply to your message:
When you click "Send now", your message will be sent to the selected applicants. Their name and the job title will be automatically filled at the top of the email so you can cut straight to the chase in your message:
