No, you can choose another system if you like, or even if you use our Applicant Management System, you'll still receive each candidate's application as an email, giving you full control over your applicant data.
When you post a job ad, you'll choose to either:
1) Receive job applications through EthicalJobs.com.au
2) Receive job applications through another recruitment platform
If you choose to "Receive job applications through EthicalJobs.com.au", you'll be able to manage applications through our Applicant Management System, and you'll also still be emailed the full application – including CV and other documents – each time someone applies.
If you choose to "Receive job applications through another recruitment platform" you can enter the URL of another recruitment platform or system. Please note that we don't allow URLs that redirect candidates to competitor job-search sites like Seek – in this case you'll need to choose another system or choose "Receive job applications through EthicalJobs.com.au".
