You can choose whatever expiry date you like for your job ads, up to a maximum of 45 days. If you choose a shorter period and want to extend the ad before it expires, then just:

  1. Log into Employers.ethicaljobs.com.au
  2. From the Jobs dashboard, open the ‘Live ads’ tab and then click on the relevant job ad
  3. Click the ‘Manage’ button in the top right hand corner. If the job is eligible to be extended, the 'Extend' button will be enabled for you to click on. After clicking on 'Extend':
  4. Set the new closing date and time (up to 45 days from when the job ad first went live), then click `Save`
  5. The new closing date will appear on the job ad immediately!
