How can I tell which applicants I have previously emailed?

You can quickly see which applicants have been emailed via our Applicant Management System in two ways:

1. When viewing the applicants in the list, you can easily see who has been previously emailed by the "email sent" icon next to their name. If the applicant has this icon next to their name, it means that they have been sent at least one email via the Applicant Management System.

2. You can also look into the Email history tab in the applicant details section for each applicant. The tab will show the number of times each applicant has been emailed.
