To add an image to your job ad:

  1. In the ‘Job Ad Text’ field, click ‘Insert/edit image’ in the formatting bar:
  2. Click ‘Upload’ and browse for the image on your computer (please note, you will only be able to upload image files of formats .jpeg, .gif or .png). 

  3. Click ‘Save’, and your image should appear in the editor box.

You can resize your image by dragging the corners of the image in or out.

You can centre your image by clicking ‘Align centre’ in the formatting bar.

 

To add a video to your job ad:

  1. In the ‘Recruitment Video’ field, paste the URL link to your YouTube or Vimeo video

You will need to ensure that the link you’ve included is visible to the public in your YouTube or Vimeo settings (not a private link).

Once you’ve added a video to this field, it will automatically be saved under the ‘Media’ tab of your ‘Organisation Profile’. This means that each time you post a new job ad in the future, your video will already appear in the ‘Recruitment Video’ field. You can update this at any time by navigating to your ‘Organisation Profile’ and updating/removing the video link under the ‘Media’ tab.
